Hotel Botanico is NO 1 in Puerto de la Cruz

We had visited some years ago in this famous hotel and we had good memories. Now we celebrated my wife´s birthday. I ordered some flowers when we arrived and there were just those roses and champagne as asked. And the real birthday the hotel sent birthday cake and an other bottle of champagne as well new red roses and the bed was decorated with leaves of roses, chocolate and towels were banded as big swans. Nice. The room was on the first floor as we ordered, because the first floor is wooden other floor have full room carpets. The room was clean and convenient. All the staff were extraordinarily polite. Specially I have to mention the Headwaiter in the breakfast hall. He noticed everybody and their necessity. I can fully recommend this 5 star hotel all who likes to get fine hotel with several pools, nice garden, Spa etc with excellent service. It is situated over the city, but from there is easy to walk down to city and taxi will take 4-5 euros of this trip.
