Nice hotel but service/facilities need improvement
The hotel is nice as compared to what you can find in Puerto. The garden, the palm trees and the asian style make the hotel very pleasant. However our stay was not as comfortable as expected : -noise during the day from construction work on one of the terrasses and from wood cutting -i'm allergic to dust mite and had allergy in the room -bed mattress is too soft -spa pool on day 1 was at 36 degrees, then it was empty on day 2, and at 28 degrees on day 3 Hotel employees are very nice but service overall is not up to the standard of a 5-star hotel.

Please accept our apologies for the nuisances. Unfortunately we had a broken pipe that had to be repaired urgently in order to avoid major damages. The works could not be postponed and they have been done as quickly as possible as we were aware of the possible disturbances they might cause. We sincerely regret the inconveniences. We kindly inform you that we have different types of mattresses and would be delighted to accommodate you in a more suitable room during your next stay if you kindly advise us of your preferences beforehand. According to the Spanish regulations, the facilities of the Spa and especially the swimming pools and jaccuzis must be submitted to specific cleaning procedures twice a year in order to prevent legionella. The dates are set by the local authorities and cannot be changed. We have however carried them out by sections so that most of the facilities were fully operational and the enjoyment of our guests was not disturbed. We regret the inconveniences this you may have suffered.
