Wonderful
The best Hotel in Puerto de la Cruz. Toiletries are superb even a box of Tissues are provided. Bottles of water provided. Breakfasts are remarkable - better than Gleneagles! Any requests are dealt with very quickly: Was cold in my room and heater provided, WIFI Signal iffy and a router was provided in my room... Astonishing.! Supermarket within short walking distance as are bars and restaurants. Have to request kettle, tea, milk and sugar in bedroom for which there is a charge daily. So I just ask for a top up every few days and cleaners renew dirty cups and debris. Second Visit and third in August. Prefer rooms overlooking the pool.
