Incredible breakfasts

I was really impressed by this hotel. Right from the start the staff could not have been more helpful from concierge parking our car after a long journey to the welcome drink provided by reception the attention to detail was excellent. We took my husband's elderly mother with us and the staff were very attentive, for example, helping her carry food from the buffet to the table each morning. The breakfast each morning had the largest variety of food I have ever seen, from Prosecco to a chocolate fountain and including a wonderful cooked breakfast with eggs cooked to order. The fresh fruit, yogurts, bread, cakes, cold meat and cheese were just a small list of what was available. Just incredible! We were fortunate to have excellent weather during our stay and the gardens and pool were a little oasis with everything kept in immaculate order. On our last evening there was a small cocktail party for guest which was a nice touch, as was the hotel brochure to take home to show our friends. A smart PR move! I have been disappointed with a few hotels lately, but definitely not the Botanico. We will be back!
