Gorgeous grounds and friendly staff

Lovely staff who couldn't do more to help. Very comfortable rooms. The outdoor swimming pool is a lovely place to be. The spa is well equipped. It was my birthday while we were there which I didn't mention but they must have seen on my passport and they wished me a HB at breakfast and brought a bottle of Cava and a birthday cake up to the room. It wasn't expected at all but was a really lovely touch. The decor is comfy and traditional. I would stay here again. The only down side is the rooms at the back with the sea view can be a little noisy with the hotel generators and you can hear some street noise. I would opt for a room overlooking the pool area or El Teide.
