Proper 5* everything. How do they do it?
Everything is right about Hotel Botanico. People: all are friendly and professional. Facilities: as you would expect only more. We don't use spas, but other sports (good putting green, swimming,etc) catered for. Not sure about the evening entertainment - not for us. Secure parking. Great room/clean and tidy. Really nice breakfast. Top marks to management and staff for upholding highest standards in such a large, traditional-style hotel, and for so many years!!
