Best holiday hotel we have stayed at
We have just returned from 10 day stay. Cannot praise the hotel highly enough. Luxury in every area. Room was a delight ( we had a junior suite). Every member of staff treated us with courtesy and friendliness, nothing was too much trouble. Hotel boasts four restaurants, all with exceptional quality and service. One evening there was a slight mix up with our reservation in one of the restaurants but management bent over backwards to redeem themselves and ensure that all further reservations were given red carpet treatment. If you are considering holidaying in Puerto de la Cruz, we recommend you look no further than Hotel Botanico. We will definitely return. Ray & Kay Metcalfe-Smith
