Amazing Relaxing Break

We are just back from our stay at the Botanico and where do I even start it was just fabulous from start to finish, all the staff where so polite and could not do enough to insure our stay was perfect the guys in the bar Denis & Carlos were excellent at their job going out of their way to be friendly. The restaurants also were very nice, we ate in the Oriental on the night of my birthday and the rest of the time in the bar restaurant outside, breakfast was also amazing we spent a long time nipping up and down having this and that there was so much to choose from. The hotel also gave me a birthday surprise of bubbly, cake and card along with the towels being done as elephants and petals on the bed which was so generous and lovely we also did a trip to Loro Parque which was very good. The spa area is the best I have ever experienced and we spent many hours there relaxing all in all we all had an amazing time and will without doubt return.
