Great Hotel and Spa - even better Customer Service

Sorry a late review, but better late than never as this hotel rates a mention. I visited the resort in October 2016 with some girl friends for a 'girly' week away. The hotel was recommended by a friend and it certainly lived up to expectations. The open/reception areas are beautiful and immaculately kept, bedrooms although a little small were well equipped and the bathrooms luxurious. There are 3 in-house restaurants which were all great and served excellent food - our favourite was the Italian, where the service was fantastic. There is not another thing you could wish for on the breakfast buffet, it takes your breath away! Both pool areas are great and well serviced with fresh towels and waiter service at the main pool - the spa pool is a little warmer and the whole spa area and facilities on offer are fantastic. We booked several treatments and enjoyed them all. The best thing about this hotel however, is the fantastic customer service, the staff are brilliant and will do everything in their power to ensure you have a good stay and get everything you need/want. The evening entertainment was quiet and relaxed - if you wanted something more lively there are plenty of options within walking distance. I would very much recommend this hotel and hope to return again in the not too distant future.
