Perfection

I rarely write reviews but feel I must in this case. This is the most wonderful hotel with the most friendly helpful staff I have ever visited , and I have visited a few! The Spa is wonderful , just sit relax around the pool or visit the indoor spa and try the treatment rooms. It is super clean and the staff are wonderful, nothing being too much trouble. The hotel room was comfortable , spotless and kept that way through my visit . We had a room overlooking the gardens which were beautiful. The gardener took pride in showing us around and explaining the plants..paradise ! We were on half board and tried each restaurant . Although all wonderful I heap praise on the Italian Papagallo and the lady who runs it. Take note owners of the hotel, she is a gem! She makes you feel like a friend and serves the best food in the hotel. Nothing is too much trouble and the staff are wonderful. In finish , we would go back anytime and any bad reviews on here are utter tosh!,,
