The best holiday I've had in years!

Wow, where do I start? Hotel Botanico is the single most beautiful hotel I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. Being on holiday with my mother, I definitely have to say the crowd are very mature, but it suits the chic nature of the establishment. I am in my 20's and felt so at home. The guests were incredibly friendly and the staff were exemplary. Nothing was too much trouble, they remembered our names and room number without prompting and would try to accommodate absolutely anything we were looking for. The rooms were cleaned daily, with the adorable addition of truffles on our pillows each day. The spa facilities and pools are incredible. The feeling this place gives you can only be described as pure zen. The food in the restaurants is also fabulous. We were half board and found the prices of wine in particular to be really reasonable (and delicious!). Overall, I could not fault the Hotel Botanico in any way, shape or form. I will 100% be returning. Thank you for making a tough time a great time!
