What to do in the hotel

Rather than repeat all the good comments I thought I would comment on the classes. From 9:00 until 13:00 Monday to Friday they have 4 classes a day that alternate from stretching, yoga, pilates, Tai Chi and they are taken by instructors ( not the entertainment team). The gym will cater for most people on holiday. We took over an hour to do the thermal circuit and we always do it anti clockwise. First the aroma dry sauna, then the Turkish steam room, next one I cannot remember what it is called but the heat come through the tiled seats, then the dry sauna followed by 2 mins in the ice room, then the pool and the whirl pool. Some days around 16:00 they have free lessons with a tennis coach or a golf coach but the exact time is in the free daily flyer. At 18:00 there is something to do with food or drink going on in the bar area. They have an 18 hole putting green and driving nets plus 2 tennis courts. On the way to the spa we passed a room that catered for children from the age of 4. What we saw was 2 members of staff that keep the children entertained for a few hours in the morning and the same in the afternoon. It was more play station and colouring books. The girls said they take the kids to the Loro park on a Saturday, don't know if there is a charge or how long for. The spa pool and gym has a min age of 16. The last bus down town was at 18:40 which was good for us going out for dinner. 20:00 the bar has entertainment Not the hotel is in the La Paz residential area and does not get rowdy noise
