Top quality hotel and staff.

This hotel is maintained to a very high standard in every department by the attentive and caring staff. Lovely gardens and a superb spa compliment the feel good experience. Bedrooms are generous and well fitted. Our room had extensive views from our balcony across the landscape towards Mount Teide. The self service breakfast is very good with ample selection of food. There is a choice of three rather lovely restaurants for dinner with very attentive service, but they do comes at a price. Evening entertainment is a little varied in performance resulting in low attendance on some occasions. Location is handy for the Botanical Gardens but too far and demanding to walk into the attractive town of Puerto.The hotel shuttle bus or awaiting taxis offer a short easy journey.
