Tenerife at its best

This is our second visit this year. A lovely welcome by name, our bags were whisked away as we were late arrivals, so we could enjoy a quick nightcap before retiring. Perfect. Our room is facing Mount Teide as I asked, with walk in shower (some are over baths). Breakfast is just lovely, with everything you could wish for. The outdoor spa pool is quiet and relaxing. No music, no children (they are welcome at the main pool) just the sound of the waterfall. I'm writing from the outdoor spa pool now, it's very well maintained and staff are always checking and cleaning. The indoor spa has a good range of rooms so you can do a spa circuit. Brilliant bar staff with good knowledge of local wines. One thing - I'd love to be able to order a coffee but I think you have to go to the main pool restaurant to have one.
