I don't usually frequent 5 star hotels. I came to the botanico for a conference. Everything was perfect. The room is luxurious, with a nice view on the swimming pool. There are niceties, like a delicious small chocolate left in the room every evening. The staff extremely friendly and helpful. The spa is also really nice, several saunas, swimming pool, the works. Fully recommended !
