Terrific

We booked this hotel for eleven days as a treat for our wedding anniversary and birthday, the hotel was just up the road from the beach but the hotel laid on a free coach to and from during the day, the hotel itself is wonderfully decorated and has a lot of oriental charm, the rooms are lovely and clean and the room service staff cannot be faulted for their willingness to help, the hotel staff were fantastic always saying good morning and nothing was too much trouble, the large swimming pool was closed due to a problem but the other pools made up for it the Jacuzzis were great and really relaxing there was the ice room, Japanese sauna, aromatic sauna, Swedish sauna, too much to mention, the staff as I said were great and would like to say a very big thank you to Gustavo the Manager, Pino the beautiful front of house Manager, Sergio one of the great waiters, Thay our breakfast waitress, Elizabeth another waitress who we wish a congratulations for when she has her baby, Laura on front desk, Francisco the waiter, Carlos on front desk two of them lol, Natalia the public relations lady, and Suso the concierge without all these lovely people it would be just another hotel but they made our stay something special
