Wonderful stay

My husband and I stopped here for 2 weeks on June 21st and stayed in room 267, our room overlooked the pool, we had a large palm tree in front of our balcony but this did not detract from our enjoyment of sitting there and enjoying the atmosphere and beautiful birds before we ventured out (we had full benefit of the sunshine until around 7pm. The staff at the hotel were so friendly and polite and really made our stay extremely enjoyable, this includes the lovely gardeners and house keeping. The room is a deluxe twin (the beds were pushed together) and we were more than happy with the facilities. The bathroom has a bath and shower and there were always plenty of shower gel, shampoo etc and it was a nice touch to have a fresh rose placed there. The Oriental gardens are so beautiful and very well kept and the spa is excellent, we used the facilities there about 5 times. The breakfast at the hotel is simply amazing and the choice was superb. We ate at the Italian restaurant and sat on the terrace, the food was lovely and so was the incredible sunset. We loved the hotel and the walk from there onto the seafront (approx. 2 miles), we are definitely going to come back to The Botanico next year around the same time. Thank you for a memorable stay
