Perfect hotel! Idyllic bliss and full luxury

We stayed in this hotel after we were upgraded from another local hotel where we were having severe noise disturbance issues. Having had a difficult start to the holiday, as soon as we entered reception, we were greeted with friendly smiles and a lovely welcome cocktail. The staff are all fantastic and helpful and this continued for our entire stay. Our room was on the first floor and overlooked the gardens and outdoor spa pools. We enjoyed having our lovely balcony in the quiet, serene surroundings! The room was top quality - huge bed, lovely linen and spotlessly clean. They clean your room twice a day which is amazing. We attended the hotel's exercise classes and particularly enjoyed Yoga with Hari who was a great teacher. The gym and spa facilities are certainly world-class. The food on-site was superb. Breakfast had great options for vegetarians and gluten free and we often had lunch at the pool side cafe. Our 8 day stay here was memorable for all the right reasons. We would love to come back again. I have stayed in luxury hotels all over the world and this come top of the list. Thank you so much to all the staff!!
