Wow Wow Wow

We have just returned from a 9 day holiday to this absolutely wonderful and excellent hotel. This is my fourth time returning to the hotel and this year my sister and her family joined us as well. We booked 2 family rooms and they were all adjoining as I requested plus we were overlooking the main pool which was great for waking up to the mountain view. As before, all the rooms were spotlessly clean. The wifi worked much better this year and I was pleased that the room service menu had changed as well with many more options available. We didn't use the hotel restaurants but we ate in the pool bar, in the bar in the evening as well as using room service and every meal was outstanding. Breakfast is still amazing and the best I have ever had . There is such a great choice and it was lovely to have the chocolate fountain again this year. This year we went on the interior tour of the holiday which I would recommend - the vast suites they have are amazing and it was great to see them all. One day we would like to be able to stay in the Michael Jackson suite 😊 It was my sisters birthday whilst we were on holiday and the hotel surprised her with her room decorated with special towels, chocolates and a bottle of cava which was a lovely gesture. The service of all the staff was outstanding and they could not do enough for you. I would like a special mention to Toni on reception. Hopefully we will return again next year.
