Fantastic Spa
The staff and the spa really make this place something special. However, at the risk of sounding churlish, the hotel does need a bit of work to maintain its "Leading hotels in the world" status. Whilst clean and serviceable, the bathrooms are now really dated and definitely need upgrading. Whilst there is plenty of choice at breakfast, the quality lacks a bit and the coffee is undrinkable - definitely need some expresso machines! The hotel is an oasis in PDLC which is a bit 1980's and, but despite comments, I would definitely recommend, particularly for the Spa facilities which were brilliant!
