Old style 4/5star Back to the 70's !
A lovely hotel , a little dated these days and some really old school traditional service. Staff were mostly friendly but need to lighten up, and SMILE Rooms were clean and well maintained but outdated for example a fully stocked mini bar, but no where to charge a phone by the bed. WIFI in the rooms is very poor , no use at all for much more than a few emails. A lovely pool bar , that closes at 5pm ! seriously get some flames and a fire pit and it could be a great space in the evening rather than the old stuffy bar that has no atmosphere and pretty bad entertainment. (and no guests) You don't need 3 expensive restaurants when so much great local food across the street locally. Needs to reinvent itself, lose the suits and ties, close a restaurant of two, open the pool bar as a fun space after dark, sort out the wifi, clear all the clutter out of the rooms (no one needs a shoe shine!) Could be a WOW hotel but needs to move from the 70's !.

We are very sorry, for the problems that the decoration is not to your liking, we are a classic hotel with a very personal and friendly style and we distance ourselves from the impersonal styles that can be found in many other hotels. Although not being a modern hotel, we offer all the amenities and facilities in perfect conditions.
