Amazing hotel, professional friendly service, wonderful spa and high quality food, totally recommended

Have just enjoyed our second stay at this lovely hotel. All of the staff are fantastic with special mention to Toni behind front desk who manages to make you feel like the most important guest ever no matter who you are. The rooms are even better in real like than the photos on the website, exceptionally clean and well appointed. The Pools are all heated so even a coward like me could swim in comfort. The Spa area is really lovely with a variety of steam rooms and a jacuzzi, entrance included in the cost of your room. We ate in the Italian restaurant, fabulous lasagna, and the Thai restaurant which was exceptional. I have rarely seen such care over the cleanliness and presentation of a hotel and it is a testament to the management which can be seen all day roaming the hotel checking that everything is just so for all their guests. I cannot wait to return as all of these things combined make this a true Leading Hotel of the World in every way.
