A little bit of Paradise

My second visit this year to this amazingly beautiful and tranquil hotel. From the moment you arrive to be greeted by the friendly staff you feel at home. Nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff. The Public rooms, Restaurants and the bedrooms are tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. The floral displays are magnificent. Breakfast is probably one of the best I have had anywhere. Requests for information and travel details are dealt with by the friendly Reception staff. Particular mention must be made of the Public Relations Lady Susana Alba who when finding information out or dealing with requests gives a five star service. One other event worth mentioning is the Managers welcome Party, an event I would normally avoid but not at the Botanico, Hosted by the Manager and Susana it is a delightful gathering the bubbles flow and the Canapes are excellent. Can't wait to see you all next year.
