Lovely hotel and spa
We stayed here with friends for two nights.Rooms are lovely we had Tiede views,bathroom excellent although the bath is very narrow! The staff could not be nicer, so friendly and helpful.The spa is gorgeous but we were upset that they had changed the beds to horrid metal ones with no mattresses bring back the others please.Breakfasts are excellent with so much choice and great service for coffees.We had lunch at the pool bar which was really poor.3of us had awful food,poor quality salads and sandwiches.Considering this is 5 star hotel it is not good enough and it is expensive.The manager was brilliant and took it off our bill but this really needs to improve.The service was also poor here and it needs a lot of attention!Otherwise a lovely few days.We will definitely come back in spite of this!
