Oriental Oasis on this Spanish Volcanic Island

Peaceful and relaxing. A few of the many thoughts and feelings that describe this Oasis on this dormant Volcanic Island. Having just disembarked from our amazing cruise, the staff of this beautiful hotel welcomed us with bright smiles and open arms. The bellman transported our luggage to a lovely room with a quiet balcony. The housekeeping staff made sure that our room was clean and filled with fresh fruits and fine bathroom hair and skin care products. The hotel and spa management personally wrote letters to welcome us and made sure that our stay was inviting. The next morning, the breakfast room was filled with a bountiful array of delicious foods from around the world. Fresh breads and cheeses and fruits and juices along with custom made items gave us fuel to explore the island. After breakfast, the gardens and water features invited us to take a walk where tropical birds and fish lived. When we thought that it could not get any better, The Oriental Spa enticed us to spend the whole day indulging in relaxing steam rooms and massages. On our final night, the front desk made sure to have waiting cabs to take us to the airport the next morning. A prearranged continental breakfast was wheeled to our room with fresh pastries, juices and coffee. The cart was overflowing and we were amazed that they cared that much to make sure we ate at 3am in the morning (had a early international flight). The staff went above and beyond expectations to make our stay perfect. Before we left, we were planning on how we could come back. Thank you Botanico Hotel so very much for making our vacation amazing. A wonderful stay that we will not soon forget!
