Lovely hotel, friendly staff
We had a lovely stay and the staff was really friendly. Note that the SPA-area (nice pools, massage, gym) is restricted to 16+. We were there with our infant daughter and found out about the strict age policy when we where there. This meant that we couldn’t really enjoy the tempered pools or gym as we had planned. The hotel has nice restaurants, a really nice breakfast buffet and a shuttle (free of charge) that goes to the city center. There are also some nice restaurant just across the street. The room service was also really good and we felt that the staff walked the extra mile for our family. We were there the second week of January and most guests where 60 years or older.
