Excellent hotel botanico
We have been here twice and always clean, excellent service and helpful staff. We arrived without our luggage as we had snow in Madrid so changed planes and had to wait a day for our luggage to arrive. When it arrived the hotel called us on the phone as we were out of the hotel to tell Us our luggage had arrived. Everything perfect and breakfast is excellent wonderful selection
