OMG, what a lovely hotel!
We're on our last full day, we've just returned from what must be THE best breakfast on the island, the range of food is exceptional, and we're settling down on our balcony overlooking a snow covered Mount Teide. The hotel is top notch, beautifully decorated, amazing displays of flowers inside and a lush tropical garden outside; the restaurants are of a high quality and the bar serves super cocktails. But, by far, the best feature of this hotel are the staff; every single member of staff puts themselves out for you, all with a smile on their face; nothing seems too much for them. The hotel manager got wind of the fact that my wife was celebrating her birthday, and they organised for a yummy cake and a bottle of Cava to be delivered to our room, a really nice touch. We've had the most wonderful stay, we really can't fault the place and would 100% recommend it.
