Another Memorable Stay

This was our second stay at the wonderful hotel Botanico and the Oriental Spa Garden and from the moment we arrived we were again in the lap of luxury. The Botanico Hotel staff are all exceptional and ensure that you thoroughly enjoy your stay and remember your name on checking in. The refreshing welcome drink is a lovely gesture which puts you in the holiday mood. The accommodation is excellent and our lovely comfortable room faced the magnificent Mount Teide and superb gardens. The gardens are wonderful and we had walks through them during our stay. The black swans are simply beautiful and can be seen when walking round the garden. Having stayed on half board we dined at the hotel’s three restaurants and enjoyed tasty delicious food in all three. The service was very good especially the Italian restaurant which was exceptional. The Botanico News paper provides a daily update on world news and is a really nice feature of the breakfast service and is provided in different languages for all its guests. The hotel have a range of activities such as fortified wine tastings and how to prepare a cocktail. There is also an animation programme which is updated weekly. During our stay we also played several rounds of putting on the hotels putting green which was emaculate and very well cared for. There is also a well stocked library and pool table for some indoor recreation which my husband and I both enjoyed. Last but not least is the fantastic spa facility which has a thermal circuit of rooms and two magnificent pool areas. We spent several relaxing afternoons in this calming environment. Overall, we’ve had a really enjoyable stay at this superb hotel and will be back next year.
