Great Hotel

Its not going to be cheap but staying at this hotel is a lovely experience. The rooms are good with plenty of space and the service is exceptional. The staff are friendly and efficient and will do anything in their power to deal with any issues you may have. The restaurants on site provide good quality and the same great service. We used the spa a couple of times and it has the same service with quality treatments. Its near enough to the centre of Puerto de la Cruz to walk if you are fit but otherwise the taxis and shuttles make it is easy. There are also some cheaper restaurants just outside if you fancy a smaller meal . We will be back.
