Great facilities and staff
This hotel is very comfortable and the staff are friendly and helpful. Their attention to detail is outstanding and nothing is too much trouble. They even spotted that it was my birthday and put a birthday card, bottle of bubbles and a cake in our room. The facilities are excellent and extensive, so much so that one could enjoy a few days without leaving the hotel. The gardens are lovely. On the food side there is everything you could wish for at breakfast and the staff are on the ball. Dinner in the three restaurants is not up to five star standard and is pretty average. The staff are not as attentive as they should be in a hotel of this calibre. We ate out for two evenings out of the four we stayed so this was not a big issue. It is though something the hotel should improve. All in all we had a great time and would have no qualms about returning.
