This is one of the most charming and relaxing hotels we have ever visited!

Hotel Botanico is top notch, beautifully decorated with amazing displays of flowers inside and a garden to die for. Take a look at my attached photos and you will see! Together with the outstanding personal service from the staff it makes it to one of the best hotel experiences ever! The accommodation is excellent and our lovely comfortable room (no 348) was well appointed, spacious, spotlessly clean and comfortable - faced the magnificent Mount Teide and breathtaking gardens. We must go back to our best resorts experiences on Hawaii, Seychelles and Mauritius to remember a garden view like this! The breakfast buffet is spectacular by any international standards! Eggs and various omelettes are cooked to order in front of you! Lunch in the open air restaurant in the delightful area by the pool was always delicious and served with great charm. The spa garden is pure luxury and makes the holiday! The spa has a thermal circuit of rooms and two magnificent pool areas. We spent every afternoon in this calming environment. Its near enough to the centre of Puerto de la Cruz to walk if you are fit but otherwise the taxis (about 5 EUR) and the free shuttles make it is easy. In summary, Hotel Botanico is a very well-run hotel offering a very high standard of quality and service. I chose this hotel based on all the good Tripadvisor reviews and was not disappointed! We loved every moment of our stay and would highly recommend this place. A huge congratulation to the whole team at Hotel Botanico!
