A little pricey but with an amazing centre piece viewing area
This is not a cheap attraction and it's easy to feel a little underwhelmed when walking through the initial rain forest inspired part of the aquarium. However, you will soon be amazed, first by the glass viewing tunnel and then by the sheer scale of the centre piece main glass tank. The viewing window is simply huge. It's easy to sit for a long time watching the sharks, rays and hundreds of other fish gentle gliding by in the semi darkness with classical music for added ambience. It was pretty empty of people when we visited - maybe as it's not long opened, and it wasn't high season - so it was all very calm and relaxing. So much so that we decided to eat in the restaurant where it's possible to observe a menacing looking shark whilst munching on a decent burger. Quite an experience!
