Relaxing and excellent service

We have stayed here twice and each time have experienced great service. The attention of the staff is excellent , polite and friendly. When we needed to escape the clouds the manager found us a taxi to drive us south to the sunshine . We really cannot fault the facility or the service. There is no language barrier - certainly not for English. Staff and Management speak English very well. This hotel is mainly full of elderly folk - lots of Germans , and Spanish , with a few Brits. The food caters for all tastes, and the local restaurants are also good. I'm not sure it is good for children as ours have all grown up ! I suspect there isn't much for them to do . We were very unlucky with the weather this time, but still the Spa helped to save the day. If you want a relaxing time, this is the place to be.
