Always excellent service
Just returned after another week at Botanico. Staff are always courteous and helpful. Special mention to Pino, reception manager, who went well beyond call of duty to deal with our requests for information-- a real asset to the hotel. Also to Carlos in the Bar Hall who explains drinks/cocktails with genuine enthusiasm and interest in guests. Great hotel for relaxing time and good old fashioned respect shown to guests.
