Beautiful hotel and gardens
Beautiful hotel wonderful setting... we went to hotel for our Anniversary weekend , booked a double room with garden view and spa treatment Fantastic room , evening meal and breakfast included .. we were upgraded to superior room with super king bed , Spa treatments are pricey, but so is the hotel , Communication is there big let down .. small things that let them selves down .. room keys no coded , our couples spa was not booked , told us it was not possible we could only go separately.. told about all the things we do do while staying there , then when we went to book told nothing open on a Sunday , told we could book a table at either the Thai restaurant or Italian restaurant, when we went back to book , Thai restaurant is closed , So lots of small issues made for a wonderfully frustrating weekend , Without all the issues 5* easy ... but our overall experience it gets 3*,
