Truly a wonderful hotel

This was our second visit to the Botanico and it certainly isn’t the last; from the moment you get out of the taxi to the moment you leave the staff make every minute special. We went in June for two weeks and stopped in room 269, the view from the balcony looks out across the pool and the beautiful gardens and there is also a good view of Teide. The rooms are large and there are plenty of hangers in the large wardrobe, the bathroom too was a good size with choice of bath and walk in shower. The breakfast is an absolute treat (well done to everyone who produces this stunning array of food), the choice is unbelievable. We ate several times at the poolside and the food there was also delicious. All the staff are very friendly and extremely attentive and really do make you feel genuinely welcome. The Spa area is just incredibly beautiful and so so relaxing. A special thanks to the lovely gardener who talked to us so passionately about the garden he obviously adores working in, he showed us some lovely pictures he’d taken and also plants he was preparing to plant, a truly nice man. If you are looking for a friendly beautiful hotel with great food then this is it. Thank you to everyone for making our holiday so special and we will see you again next year.
