Great hotel

We spent 11 nights in the hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From the great breakfasts, comfortable rooms, wonderful and quiet spa and thoroughly attentive and friendly staff, there was virtually nothing to fault. The hotel was quiet and that really suited us. We could come down to the outdoor spa pool and have our pick of sun beds at pretty much any time of the day. The facilities were everything you would expect of a five star hotel but what was nice was that this was a holiday five star hotel where a relaxed and friendly vibe was the order of the day. It was never stuffy and a real mix of nationalities added to the enjoyment of the place. The only downside for us was that being in the north west of the island, there was more cloud than you would get down in the south. It was still plenty warm enough to enjoy the outdoor pools without worrying too much about getting sun burn, and that really is the geography of the island. All in all a really lovely hotel and a credit to the staff for making it such a welcoming place to enjoy a thoroughly relaxing holiday.
