Hopefully we can come back

We simply loved our stay at the Botanica hotel and Spa. The hotel is situated among beautiful gardens and the classic interior almost makes you feel you are in an Agatha Christy-story yourself. (She visited Puerto de la Cruz). From bellboy to receptionists and restaurant staff: everyone was smiling and friendly all the time. We had some quality time in the spa we booked massages and They were perfect. My massage therapist was a physiotherapist and clearly had a lot of knowledge about the human body. They clearly know what they are doing here! After staying at the Botanica I understand why people want to live in a hotel for a longer time. The personnel know you by name and make you feel at home. As I said, I hope we can come back!
