Fantastic holiday!
My family from Scotland have just returned from a 2 week stay at Hotel Botanico and I can truely say that it was the most amazing holiday experience. The service and the staff were 1st class and always greeted my family personally and couldn’t have been any more helpful or friendly. The facilities were excellent, our day started with the fantastic buffet breakfast seated outside near the pool & garden area, followed by a choice of well being classes ( I loved the yoga), gym or pitch & putt then relaxing by the pool. The spa pool & facilities are amazing although for 16+ years which was a little disappointing at first for my 11 and 14 yr old girls however the main pool is definitely more suited for families so wasn’t a problem. The Botanico gardens are absolutely stunning with lots of photo opportunities! This was our first time in Puerto de la Cruz and Hotel Botanico and we can’t wait to go back!!
