Amazing
This hotel is amazing! The grounds are stunning but what really makes this hotel what it is, is the staff they were absolutely brilliant and nothing was ever too much trouble. My checkout was 12 midday but i wasn't flying until 1 am I had a chat with a lady called Susana who was public relations manager, she offered me my last day in one of the superior rooms and practically no charge and was allowed to stay right up until the taxi arrived for us. Susana really did make us feel important and she treated us with excellent customer service. Would definitely stay here again.
