A Tranquil Paradise

If you want to remember the best holiday you have ever had then look no further. There are so many things that make this the perfect place to stay. Once you’ve entered this beautiful hotel the magic of finding all that it holds within is truly unbelievable. Staff make a hotel what it is and boy have they got the best staff ever happy staff happy guests. After being greeted and quickly signed in, we were shown to our room we had booked a junior suite (413) which was beautiful and very comfortable in every aspect. First morning down to breakfast you have a choice to either sit inside or outside both of which are just perfect. The choice of food was outstanding something for everyones taste and a bit more. Staff here were excellent and made sure you were comfortable before greeting there next guest for breakfast we looked forward to seeing them each day. You will find also the hotel has other restaurants within we tried the Thai and was not disappointed and very popular. Lovely dining area and very helpful staff especially when deciding what best dishes go with what, thank you for a wonderful evening. Paradise does lie behind the Hotel Botanico doors such beautiful gardens and lake to stroll round with 2 pool areas both of which our outstanding and with very comfortable loungers. We chose to use the Spa Pool an extremely peaceful area surrounded by a beautiful garden just perfect. My wife and I would just like to say a really BIG THANK YOU to all the staff from those you see every day, and those behind the scenes keeping everything ticking over. We had a fantastic holiday so just keep doing what you do best. A special thank you to Toni on reception on the day of our departure (9th October) I was the very anxious disabled man whose Tui transport did not arrive to take my wife and I back to the airport. She was absolutely FANTASTIC she calmed me down phoned Tui in the UK to find out what was happening with our transport. Anyway cutting a long story short Toni was marvellous she took on the task of arranging transport herself in the end and we made the airport just in time for our flight back to Cardiff. I did phone her the following day to let her know we had just manage to get our flight home and was very grateful for all her help. So now just to say we will see you next year as we have already booked to come back September 2019.
