Good but what about the local ecosystem

This is a very professional display with a good range of attractive fish from around the world. I particularly enjoyed the sea dragons, eels and the large tank with the guitar fish. There a number of large tanks that showcase tropical habitats. Personally I would have liked to have seen a tank with local flora and fauna. Having snorkelled Canteras Beach when the tide is out and all manner of fish become trapped behind the reef wall I know how diverse the local sea is. It is a shame that an aquarium does not celebrate this and educate local people on how to preserve the marine environment.
