Wonderful hotel with excellent attentive staff

The hotel is on the lush Canarian side of the Island. Located in the La Paz area with plenty of restaurants and bars, and only a short walk into the town. The staff, hotel and facilities are excellent. Despite having so many facilities to enjoy, the hotel staff manage to make you feel like you are the only guests and ensure that every stay is special for you. We have been visiting the hotel for many years and due to the warm welcome and attentiveness of the staff, it feels like a home from home. We particularly enjoyed having breakfast outside in the garden and there was always such a vast choice to suit even the fussiest of eaters. Our room overlooked the mountain and gardens and was superb. Staff kept it immaculate during our stay and we even had a complimentary treat left for our enjoyment on my birthday. The Spa was very relaxing and we made the most of the variation of treatments available. Overall we would not hesitate to recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and quiet stay.
