Very good Hotel needs to improve resturants

real old fashioned good service. lovely staff and a fabulous spa. lunch by the pool was very good and breakfast was also good. bed wonderful. this is a lovely place to stay. to be honest we had one dinner in at the Oriental. Service was really poor, had ask 3 times for drinks, our bread came after the starters followed by prawn crackers. all of which should have come earlier. food as very average. had to ask for the bill 3 times. We spoke to other brits who had been to this and the other restaurants and they said were all poor. A hotel of this quality should have a stunning restaurant. not good enough. however there a some really good restaurants in the town so don't take half board
