Decadent but reception chaotic
Good looking hotel, clean and polite staff but very much stuck in the 1980s. Reception was total chaos though at check in and check out. Lack of technology meant the staff had bits of paper and got themselves so confused that my bill was wrong three times . In the end I left and they had to rectify it the next day by email.
