Once you've seen one aquarium......

Touted as the state-of-the art aquarium, we visited with our grandson and found.....yes, an aquarium...but rather like all the others. As it's done by the folks who bring us Palmitos Park we'd hoped for something better done. True the central tank is a marvel of engineering....but the fish are less impressive than we'd expected and there is quite alot of walking through nothing more than plastic and real vegetation. There is a huge and hopeful restaurant mid-way along with a snackbar beginning and end. And of course the inevitable shop of T-shirts and soft toys. We missed the hands on rockpool kids so love, now found in many aquaria.....and were glad that for the month of April 2019, kids under 10 were free as otherwise it would have been alot of money for what we saw.
