The SPA is absolutely amazing
I came solo for a 4 day hike escape (up in the volcano park everyday by bus then back down at the hotel). The room design is a bit outdated, but the staff and especially the SPA are absolutely fantastic. After a 6hour hike, getting onto that adult only outdoor pool after a message was just pure heaven... Breakfast was great too. Loved the tables by the pool.
