Incredible Aquarium

This aquarium is located to the north of Las Palmas and easily accessible from the south of the island by approx 1hr to 90 minutes bus journey. It is quite expensive but is probably the best aquarium we have been to on our travels. The tanks are very full and are very clean and the information displayed very user friendly. The two large tanks are stunning and the other smaller exhibitis fascinating - we all enjoyed our visit and would recommend it highly. The only thing some people might not like there is no tactile human contact that many aquariums offer, however this probably benefits the animals welfare so is not an issue to me. if you visit Gran Canaria take a day off the sunbed or beach and go to this attraction
