First class hotel, outstanding staff, brilliant holiday!

Can't praise this hotel highly enough. It has amazing accommodation and facilities and the most beautifully maintained gardens, but the staff in particular were simply outstanding throughout. You would expect first class service and accommodation in a 5 star hotel, and this was on show at all times. The food was fabulous and the facilities, restaurants, pool areas and gardens etc all befit the star rating. But beyond that the staff regularly went above and beyond to make sure we had the best holiday possible. From check in and check out, in the bar and restaurant service to the cleaning of rooms and maintaining the grounds, the staff could not have been more friendly, helpful and caring. We had a particular challenge when one of our party became unwell and was admitted to hospital for a couple of days and the hotel team provided incredible support throughout. We'll never forget it. I cannot recommend this hotel or indeed the warm, friendly and beautiful Puerto de la Cruz highly enough.
